Each year, we hold our benefit dinner to support our mission of helping homeless and at-risk youth in Lane County create and sustain healthy lives away from the streets. Our benefit dinner allows us to make an even greater impact and difference in the lives of those that HYS serves. Our mission is to take the gift that you give and turn it into a sustainable financial model. This allows your offering to be felt by more homeless and at-risk youth for years to come.

Come and enjoy a provided dinner, youth story boards and small silent and verbal auction on Wednesday, May 8th, at the Valley River Inn! Check-In begins at 5:30pm. Last years 2018 Annual Benefit Dinner was a huge success and we are so grateful for all who attended, gave, and sponsored this event. 

A majority of our benefit dinner is devoted to explaining youth homelessness and the part that HYS plays in combating it. Grab your complimentary coffee, iced tea, or lemonade and take some time getting to know the stories of our youth, our staff, volunteers, board members, fellow supporters and more about what HYS is doing.

As the live auction begins, all guests are invited in to sit down and enjoy an entertaining night with a delicious meal! During our verbal auction, all items are presented in the order announced by the Auctioneer. You can feel free to place a bid on any item you like by raising your bid number only. The items are awarded to the bidder with the highest bid amount. All guests are offered the option of pre-swiping a credit card at check-in for a faster check out. Of course, you always have the option simply paying for and picking up your items at the end of the evening.

All items can be purchased with cash, check, or card.

HYS continues to implement programs that help homeless and at-risk youth create and sustain healthy lives away from the streets. With your help, together, we can plant seeds into the lives of youth that will grow into something great for our community!
